manifesto of how to escape from our present living experience
Performance Description
For several years Inês Lampreia has collected significant events in Europe, kipping newspaper articles, images and notes. She mixed all that archive with the fiction books - mainly dystopic novels - she read and her own living experience has been writing a manifesto which has the tone of a satire and ironic perspective about contemporary generations, the condition of a young European citizen nowadays, the controversial aspects of life in the XXI century. She brings the performative act to the emotional space of the written manifesto and present Let’s go back to the future performance in order to problematize controversial question of our living condition today. Synopsis: What is your legacy? You that was born or grew up after the seventies revolutions across Europe? In which place you encounter those human beings that built their live references based on a free Europe?
